They will also look at the species of wood you’re using, the soil type and the method of connecting framing. If the local building department is satisfied that your plan meets the local bylaws and code you will be issued a building permit for a fee.

We will be having foundation work done on our house that will require the deck to be removed. We would like to replace it with a new one. The current one is 14x10 and because of the slant of our property, it is about 5 feet off the ground. We are looking for an estimate for both wood and composite decks for the same size or possible larger. Thank you!

need deck stripped, cleaned and readied for stain. deck is 18x37. wood. has faded stain and some mildew. want 2 estimates. one just cleaning and preparing..another to include staining.
